These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and slo16 ("slo16", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the slo16 website at https://slo16.vu and all related services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, lottery products, live dealer tables, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered by slo16.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or accessing any slo16 product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with slo16's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any slo16 service. Continued use of the platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on slo16, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. slo16 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years across all products and jurisdictions served.
• You must be accessing slo16 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of slo16 or any of its affiliated game providers and suppliers.

slo16 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time, including copies of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual may hold only one active account on slo16. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, the same Pakistani mobile number (including JazzCash or EasyPaisa numbers), the same device fingerprint, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. slo16 accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slo16 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have promptly notified slo16 of a security breach via [email protected].

slo16 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where it is required to do so in order to comply with applicable regulations.

slo16 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for transactions on the slo16 platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Allied Bank, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). slo16 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: All funds deposited into your slo16 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds deposited using a payment method belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. slo16 reserves the right to reverse any suspected third-party deposit and to suspend the account pending investigation.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. slo16 may request a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership, and — where applicable — source of funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but slo16 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Funds that are subject to active wagering requirements, pending bonus conditions, or that are under review as part of a fraud or compliance investigation cannot be withdrawn until the relevant conditions have been satisfied or cleared.

slo16 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket fixtures such as PSL matches. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing on the platform.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the promotion) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

All bets placed and games played on slo16 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product in question. In addition to product-specific rules, the following general rules apply across all slo16 products:

• Finality of results: Once a bet has been accepted or a game round completed, the result is final. slo16 will not reverse completed transactions except in cases of a demonstrable technical fault on the part of slo16's systems.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Stake limits vary by game and product. The applicable limits are displayed within each game or betting market prior to placing a wager.
• Void bets: slo16 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed in circumstances where a technical error affected the integrity of the market or game outcome.
• Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a game round or live betting market, slo16's server records shall be the definitive reference for the state of play at the time of disconnection. slo16 accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.
• Cricket and PSL betting: Live in-play cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, are governed by slo16's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference. Match abandonment, weather interruptions, and DLS method applications are handled in accordance with those rules.

The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slo16 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Operating more than one slo16 account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point when providing information to slo16.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to live poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or technical malfunction in the slo16 platform or in any game to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using the slo16 platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your slo16 account through your payment provider after those funds have been used for wagering.
• Any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at slo16 staff or other players via any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the slo16 platform solely for the purpose of participating in the games and services offered, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any slo16 content without express prior written consent from slo16.
• Use any slo16 trade marks, logos, or branding in connection with any product, service, or business that is not slo16.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any slo16 software or application.
• Frame or embed any slo16 page or content within another website or application without prior written authorisation.

Third-party game content available on slo16, including games provided by Pragmatic Play and other licensed developers, remains the intellectual property of the respective developers and is used by slo16 under commercial licence. Unauthorised reproduction of third-party game content is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slo16 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the slo16 platform or any service offered therein, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, connectivity issues on your side, or interruptions to the slo16 service caused by circumstances beyond slo16's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on inaccurate information displayed due to a system error, provided that slo16 corrects the error promptly upon becoming aware of it.
• Any loss or corruption of data transmitted to or from the slo16 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit slo16's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

slo16 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at slo16.vu/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to slo16's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and verification process — including your name, date of birth, CNIC number, Pakistani mobile number, and payment method details — is used for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. slo16 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

slo16 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the slo16 platform. All stored personal data is held on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

slo16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, slo16 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the slo16 platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or Pakistani mobile number.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice, which will be no less than 7 days after the notice is posted, except where changes are required immediately due to legal or regulatory requirements, in which case they may take effect without advance notice.

Your continued use of the slo16 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the slo16 platform and request account closure via [email protected] before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to slo16's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a player and slo16, players are encouraged to contact the slo16 customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. slo16 will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally and in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, either party may refer the matter to arbitration. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent slo16 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened breaches of these Terms, particularly in relation to intellectual property rights or fraudulent activity.
